Lesson Study Exploratory Academic Programme (LEAP) is developed by LIFT project partners in WP2 for all partners in the consortium. The LEAP is a grass-roots approach to Lesson Study (LS) in Initial Teacher Education (ITE), to give teacher educators (TEs) and pre-service teachers (PSTs) from all partners an opportunity to participate in LS cycles through a week-long immersion programme. The programme provides opportunities to participate in key elements of LS, including live research lesson observations and post-lesson discussions.
