WP1 – Project Management

Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands is the LIFT project coordinator, and their team will arrange regular online meetings with WP leaders to get updates on current activities and challenges, reinforce WP objectives, and uncover potential engagement issues as they arise. Also, transnational project meetings will be organized where we discuss project progress, updates on ongoing activities as well as challenges.

Dr Shirley Tan is the project manager of the project at Windesheim, and she is assisted by a management assistant Esther Welbergen. In addition, Dr Sui Lin Goei and Dr Martijn Willemse are experienced in handling international collaboration projects.

The project coordinator, together with the leading figures of each partner and the International Advisory Board monitor if activities and deliverables are completed in due time.
